Martha Adriana Márquez Salaices has a degree in Communication, a Master’s in Human Development from the Universidad Iberoamericana Tijuana, and a Ph.D. in Social Sciences with a focus in Sustainable Development from the Universidad Autónoma de Baja California Sur. Her doctoral research focused on Social Ecology. In 2015 she joined as a volunteer at Philanthropiece México, where she has served as a coordinator in the evaluation of programs and their management. In 2019, she assumed a leadership position as Executive Director of the organization.
