Born and raised in Guadalajara, Mexico, Toni is currently a Senior Behavioral Researcher at Duke University’s Common Cents Lab. Prior to that, she set up and managed a sustainable development cooperation program at the British Embassy in Mexico City.
She holds a MSc. in Development Management from the London School of Economics and a PhD. in Public and Urban Policy from the New School for Social Research.
